Fuaaaaark, the melodic bells are soooo good!

Damn, I really like the chord progressions!

Yooo, this is a nice short piece. I see potential on this one! ( Could also sound like the beginning of an anime if that's what you're going for ;) )

This is pretty chill mang, could totally see this being played when cruising about in the city!

DreamEater responds:

Thank you so much for listening, I really wanted to get a west coast beach city vibe with this one; so I definitely have to agree with you.

Could totally see this being used at the start of a lofi track! lol

Really nice! It gave me some Castle Crashers vibes!

AssRGBGnome responds:

aww, thank you! I see what you mean by castle crashers vibes, can't believe I didn't pick that out before actually! thank you for your review, I appreciate it :)

Yo, this is really cool, how did you master it? I'm dying to know how you made it this loud with clarity!

Dalux responds:

Hi! Mastering is not to be confused with mixing - mastering is just the final touches in regards to dynamic range and volume. A master will only get as good as the mix is. Mixing is a whole topic on it's own - as for mastering, I first rendered the track with 3dB of headroom (lowered the master fader by 3dB). Then I put it into a new project, and I compared it to other songs with the same genre and/or general feel/mix I'm aiming for. I used a multiband compressor (Maximus), followed by a very slight EQ, a compressor (Fruity Limiter) to even out the top, and then a limiter just as a safeguard to prevent any undesired clipping. It will sound stronger at the cost of feeling less detailed and arguably worse, you might not like it at first but you'll get used to it. It was a lot of trial and error, and I ended up with like six different masters before I settled on this one. Most importantly, remember to use your ears, and not eyes.

I'm no professional, but hope this helps - feel free to ask if you have any other questions :)

I started making music on March of 2019. Feedback is highly appreciated! Also if you'd like to use any of the tracks I make, feel free to message me about it; I am more than happy to comply! :D The audios I upload here are all made in FL Studio
