I absolutely love bossa-nova! This is great jazz right here. How did you get your saxophone to sound real? Was it a vst? Or did you use a real one?

It's a vst and a real pain to program. I used the SWAM saxophones which are the most realistic I've ever tried. You can really shape the sound well with them so they *can* sound realistic, but straight out of the box they sound pretty crappy. You need to go through each line several times and shape the expression, vibrato, attacks, growl/flutter, bends, etc manually. With any of the SWAM or Audio Modeling instruments, a breath controller is pretty much required. There are almost no keyswitches, so all articulations are shaped with how you blow and tongue just like a real sax. Sometimes this is great, and other times it makes relatively simple things take forever. I use the tecontrol usb breath and bite controller 2. Hope some of this helps!
Beautiful! I also love the description and how it fits well with the music.
Thanks Eccentra! Those are some very kind words! Much appreciated.
Yooo, this is wicked, dude! Keep it up! One day you'll probably make it to electronic gems! ;)
Maybe... Maybe)))
I really like the chord progressions on this one! In my opinion it sounds like it could be in a video game.
Thank you for the feedback, I would be thrilled to get a chance to make something for a game one day!
Yooo, I really like the chord progressions, the bassline kicks, and the vocals also complement the whole song. Great track!
yo thanks dude, means a lot to hear you say that!
I liked it; I was constantly bobbing me head cuz of the beat, I also love the panning of the pad!
Thank you for your kind words! :)
I like how you incorporated polyrhythms ;)
thanks!
This is pretty chill mang, could totally see this being played when cruising about in the city!
Thank you so much for listening, I really wanted to get a west coast beach city vibe with this one; so I definitely have to agree with you.
Could totally see this being used at the start of a lofi track! lol
lol
I started making music on March of 2019. Feedback is highly appreciated! Also if you'd like to use any of the tracks I make, feel free to message me about it; I am more than happy to comply! :D The audios I upload here are all made in FL Studio
